Shipping Areas

Singapore

We offer free local shipping within Singapore for orders above S$100. For orders below S$100, a flat shipping fee of S$5 applies. Once orders are confirmed, they will be shipped within 5 working days, subject to delays during holidays or peak seasons.

Alternatively, select the free pickup option from our location at checkout (available Mondays-Fridays 10 am to 4 pm, except for public holidays). Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be ready for pickup and bring along your order confirmation email.

International

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please stay tuned for updates!

Shipping Issues

Order Finalisation & Dispatched Parcels

Please note that once an order has departed our studio and is in the care of our delivery partners, we are unable to facilitate cancellations or modifications.

We invite you to review your selection carefully before finalising your purchase. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Should an order be dispatched to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

We can, however, facilitate a re-shipment once the original package has been returned to our collection.

Please note that a secondary shipping fee will apply and be borne by you to cover the logistics of the new delivery.
