- Harvested once a year in spring, the young first-harvest leaves are slowly stone-milled to preserve their delicate flavours.
- Edition 5 is a refined blend of Samidori cultivars and heritage varieties from seeds passed down through the generations.
- Grown by Heritage Farm II in Uji, Kyoto, this matcha is cultivated under traditional tana shading, allowing the plants to grow freely and produce the highest-quality tea.

Storage Recommendations
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a year. Best consumed 1 month after opening.
Matcha Recipes
- Lattes – Whisk 4g matcha & 40ml water (70-80°C). Pour over 100ml milk, sweeten as desired.
- Cold Whisk Lattes – Whisk 4g matcha & 40ml cold milk. Pour over 80ml of milk. Sweeten as desired.
- Koicha (Thick Tea) – Whisk 4g matcha & 20ml water (70-80°C) into a paste. Add another 20ml of water and continue whisking until no clumps are left.
- Usucha (Thin Tea) – Whisk 2g matcha & 60ml water (70-80°C).
Shipping Policy
Local Shipping – We offer complimentary local shipping within Singapore for orders above S$70. For orders below S$70, a flat shipping fee of S$5 applies.
Alternatively, select the free pickup option at checkout (available Mondays-Fridays 10 am to 4 pm, except for public holidays).
