Storage Recommendations
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a year. Best consumed 1 month after opening.
Hojicha Recipes
- Lattes – Whisk 4g hojicha & 40ml water (70-80°C). Pour over 100ml milk, sweeten as desired.
- Cold Whisk Lattes – Whisk 4g hojicha & 20ml cold milk. Add 80ml milk and continue whisking. Sweeten as desired.
